Mr. H's symptoms currently include increased rigidity, resting tremor, and flat affect. Recently, Mr. H's family has noticed a change in his overall intelligibility, with his voice sounding "softer" and his speech harder to understand. H's daughter also reports she is noticing his medications are sitting out for days and he is having trouble heating up his microwave meals cannot figure out how to start the microwave.
