Question 1. As the manager in a ?nance department at an insurance company, you have just received an email from one of your team members wanting to Wea meeting to discuss their career. You have heard on the grapevine that the employee is quite unhappy in their role and has been quite reserved since being unsuccessful for promotion. You have noticed that the team member has been taking a few sick days, but overall seemed to be doing 9k. You are happy to meet with the team member and set up a meeting time for next week. In preparing for the meeting, you consider how the GROW model will assist with helping to guide the conversation with the employee. Outline two reasons why the GROW model would be a good process to rely on when speaking with the employee.
