2. Find a social policy (from the U.S. or another country) that demonstrated an impact on the lives of citizens. The impact can be the intended impact on human development - OR you could outline some unintended consequences of a social policy. 1) describe why the social policy was initiated and identify the aspect of the life span it addressed. Essentially, what issue was this policy intended to address, and for whom? 2) How do we know whether the policy worked or didn't work? 3) What could have been done to achieve the intended impact? What changes could have been made to alter the results?
