It is critical that the HR department implements a plan for employee retention. Retention is the ability to keep talented employees in the organization. Retention strategies vary among organizations, but whatever the methods, the goal is the same: to identify and recruit highly qualified candidates and then develop and inspire them to become successful employees. Without a definite strategy for keeping these employees, the best workforce staffing, recruitment, and placement plan are useless.
