For this homework, you will focus on the following six duties from the What Medical and Health Services Managers Do page of the Occupational Outlook Handbook website:

1. Improve efficiency and quality in delivering healthcare services
2. Develop departmental goals and objectives
3. Ensure that the facility in which they work is up to date on laws and regulations and in compliance.
4. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
5. Manage the finances of the facility, such as patient fees and billing
6. Create work schedules
