Effective communication is central to safe and effective patient care (Shahid and Thomas, 2018). Communication errors among health care providers are influenced by various factors including heirachal reporting structure, gender, education, cultural background, stress, fatigue, ethnic differences and social structures (Shahid and Thomas, 2018).
