        • Identify the newborn diagnosis that is relevant to the mother's diagnosis and reflects the newborn's priority need.
        • Outline the plan for this newborn, with the identified newborn diagnosis in mind.
        • List the appropriate nursing interventions you will put into place for this newborn.
