Our small printing and copying business is called R&D. Our business is based on any type of printing such as document printing, Graphics, Canvas printing and porters and more. Here we bring the services online but also in our offices with any design that our clients want. We try to make it easier to our customers, give them the option to place their order online and pick it up or could be sent it to anyplace they want with a free shipping in order of $50 and over. Students have discount in any printing items that we provide. Also, we have membership for those who are loyal to R&D only $4.99 every month. Members have some benefits such as free shipping in any services we provide, earn points to have a free services (printing & coping), and also we post some promotions that will be only for them, our members.

Our main goal is to satisfy our customer needs, to print thing quickly and efficiently, and let them to use any devices to make a transaction such as, smart phone, and tablet. Expanding our business will be also another goal by giving the services in other organizations, such as check cashing, travel agency, and companies that could make business with. Home Depot will be one of our associate where we will provide our services to our customers. Our main competitors will be FedEx Kinko’s, and the better way to compete knowing our enemies strategy. FedEx Kinko’s, as we now prove the similar services, printing and copying. They also provide posters, canvas prints, business cards, brochures, flier printing, postcards and more.

To make copies clients can visit any near locations and their cost is depended on paper stock, plastic, aluminum and quantity. Their promote is free shipping with order of $1000 and over, and sometimes they have coupon. The different between our company and FedEx will be the quality and also the price of our service. Even we will go to have a better quality that’s not mean our price will be high. Our business provides different design and materials for our clients, providing them different materials to choose. Also, we are going to design an app, providing our services to the customers, so they have also the opportunity to create their own theme, design, and style. How price we also will base about the economy is doing. For now, we just we hire people that we really need, such as the one who will be in charge of the finance, marketing, production and accounting. It is only a small business, so we just go to take care of the most basic things, but also control all the task environment that could affect our business by creating strategy that will advantage us, to increase our profit.
