Question

Every day, our bodies are exposed to external conditions (hot/cold weather, nutrition changes, pathogens such as bacteria or viruses, natural hazards such as hurricanes, storms, etc.) and the systems within our bodies fight to maintain stability. The food we eat, the air quality in the city we live in, the quality of rest we get, are just a few examples of external conditions we experience on a daily basis. External factors can, directly and indirectly, impact the structure and function of our body and the several systems that help in maintaining equilibrium.
