The negative influence of corporate politics leads to ethical difficulties, such as disagreements over resources, among other things. Disagreement and friction in the workplace lead to stress, despair, and other mental health issues, which prompt the majority of nurses to leave their positions. Transparency must be maintained at all levels of the organization in order to reduce organizational politics.
