Organizational Planning and Risk Communication Assignment

Instructions: The purpose of this paper is to assess your ability to think creatively and strategically. At the same token it will address your ability to navigate complex issues in Risk and Reward Management. The exercise here will also evaluate your ability to weigh in on decision making sacrifices for the outcome of a difficult situation.

You are required to comply to the word count and where necessary you have to provide a rationale to a reduce word count if you fail to meet with the minimum word count. The rationale discussion must be attached at the end of your paper after your conclusion and before your reference pages.

Your Conceptual Thesis: You were provided a case study on Tapp Tech Industries Inc. You have a personal copy of the case study and you have at least read the Case study several times round and you have a very clear understanding of the issues of Tapp Tech Industries.

You will now write the Thesis from your prospective of being the CEO of Tapp Tech Industries. You will seriously consider the risk to reward strategy and how it will outweigh benefits to losses and cost.

Questions you should ask yourself maybe as follows;

How did you come up with the thought and your thinking process?

How did you analyze the issues and formulate a risk to reward strategy?

Why did you adopt the strategy of your choice?

How will your strategies impact your company and the decision you made?

What references you used to help you with your decision and the thinking of the strategy employed for your risk to reward mechanics?

What timelines have you given yourself to implement the strategies and why?
