You have a successful background in organizational development and change management consulting. You have just been hired by a large Fortune 500 facilities management company, to oversee a new Organizational Development department within the company. The firm is very political, has a lot of hierarchical structure, centralized decision-making, lacks diversity, and operates in functional departments. The organization would like to have long-term strategic change plan. They do not expect for this process to occur overnight, they are open to a long-term, steady approach to the change.
