You are required to write a case study report with regards to issues pertaining to organizational development and change management in your organization (specifically the department/unit you are attached currently). You are
Required to interview the key personnel in the organisation (Pos Malaysia). The case should include at least (but not limited to) some of the followings:
ODC issue/area (only ONE (1) major issue related to ODC) - Tracking and Tracing system current operation process issue.
The official website system cannot handle millions of users at the same time. When customers visit the website to track their respective packages, the website sometimes shuts down automatically. There are some problems with the intermittent accessibility of the system and customers will not be able to use accurate information to track delivery goods. In addition, sometimes due to the large number of visits during certain peak hours of the day, customers may experience slow speed. However, Poslaju suffer hundreds of customers complaining on social media about delivery delays and parcel positioning problems.
