Using change management strategies to minimize negative reactions and maintain productivity, an organizational design and workplace logistics needs to be developed for a Plastic manufacturing company in the country of Colombia.

Incorporate the following:

a) An organizational structure that will accommodate the expansion.

i) What strategies should be implemented to manage the transition and any resistance that may be encountered.
