Objective of Exercise: 

The goal of this exercise is to determine what techniques are utilized  to increase motivation. We are using as an example a website on weight monitoring. Many thousands of dollars are spent on trying to figure out what motivates people; to lose weight they wish to. The American people spend millions per year on weight loss remedies. Let's see if you can discover what motivation secrets that this website has to offer.
