In this journal entry, you will reflect on your understanding of topics Organizational Behavior (OB) as a multi-disciplinary field based on your review of module 1 and the introductory material discussed in class during week one. Specifically, you will describe the concept/topics and describe at least three key points you can take away from the topics examined during the modules and how many can be applied in management practice. You must also briefly research the topics using at least two non-text or external sources to provide depth to your reflection. This requires you to do additional research beyond what is covered in class or text material. The substance of your reflection should be oriented toward the broad field of organizational behavior and its application to work settings. In other words, think about the application aspects of OB and how understanding of individuals, groups and structures can improve management practice.
