Maria Antonios Apr 26, 2024Apr 26 at 4:14 pm Hello Professor and fellow classmates, For the Organizational and hierarchy structure of the Miami Marlins it seems that it is a Divisional Structure. They have made some changes to the structure, but it seems that they are leaning more towards Divisional. It starts off with the GM, then 2 assistants to the GM, then a couple of other Directors then the coaches. They made these changes as they saw it was necessary to have a key manager to have authority to make key decisions. The Miami Marlins have used analytics and data to look with front store operations to view and analyze the stats, player evaluations and strategy. It is important for them to view and analyze this data and use the information to encourage growth and success.
