Design a selection system for yourorganization to hire the mostqualifiedapplicants. Be sure to cite yourreferencesthroughoutyourpaper and in a workscited section. The papermaybedoneindividually or in groups of up to 3. It is due on February 16 and youwilldiscussyourfindingswith the class. This assignmentisworth 40 points. The papershouldbe 4 to 5 pages double space.

Describe the organization and job(s) to providecontext for yourselectionmethod. Detailsshouldincludeorganizationname, size (in terms of employees& revenue), region, products and/or services offered, job title(s), essential functions, typicalrequirements, etc.
Selection system hurdles
Provide an overview of the overallselection system thatincludes multiple hurdles/steps. Include the order in whichapplicantswillcomplete the steps.
Hurdledetails& justification
Providedetails for EACH step in yourselection system. Explainwhateachsteprequires for the applicants. For example, if you are including an interview, what type of interview willyou use? Explainwhat information youintend to gain from the selectionstep and how it relates to the job(s) for whichyou are selecting.
Justify the stepsindividually and as a whole system. Explainwhy the methodyouselectedis the best option (or at least betterthan alternatives). This is a good area to include relevant researchabout yourselectionmethods.
Relevant legal issues
Describe the legal issues thatapply to yourselection system. What are the legalconcernsthat the organizationshouldconsiderwhenhiring for the selected position(s)? How doesyourselection system addressthese issues? Be sure to include relevant research, statutes, and/or case lawthatapply to individualsteps and yourselection system as a whole.
