Elaine Poe, Executive Director of Girls' Clubs of Ontario had selected Rose Brown, Director of Programs from the London, Ontario office as her successor. There are five other directors of programs across Ontario, some with more experience than others. Even though there is a Human Resources department and a volunteer Board of Directors, Elaine felt that it was her job to line up her own successor. It is the responsibility of the Board to make the final hiring decision for the job of Executive Director
