Notice chapter 9 was not provided as a discussion board focus. For this assignment, students will select any combination three of the six "Organization Cultures in Health" presented in chapter 9 (pages 162 - 170). Students will write a minimum of 2 pages (but no more than 3 pages) APA style paper. The cover page and reference page are not included in the page count.
The writing should provide an example (either real or hypothetical) justifying why this organizational culture is important for organizations that want to improve their quality and performance. Please, do not exploit federal HIPAA guidelines when actual examples from real life are used.
The paper should include at minimum two external scholarly references other than the textbook used for this course. These references should be used to support the examples presented for each Organizational Culture in Health. References should not just be arbitrarily included so the user can meet the minimum requirement. The references should align with the arguments being presented.
The submission must follow strict APA guidelines: cover page, citations throughout the writing, reference page, running header, and appendix (only if applicable).
Paper should be double spaced. The font size should be 12, and the style should be Times New Roman.
A complete rubric is available within blackboard, and that is what will be used when grading.
