This task will require you to coordinate training that develops competence in conflict management, negotiation and dispute resolution
To complete this task, you must:
• Access and review the following:
o Organisation's policies and procedures for consulting specialists
o Organisation's training procedures and processes
• Coordinate training for the following problem solving competencies:
o Conflict management
o Negotiation
o Dispute resolution
• Consult specialists for advice on the content of training.
Specialists can include internal or external individuals who have expertise in conflict management, negotiation and dispute resolution.
