Assessment Task: Project 10-Develop Diversity Promotion Plans and Diversity Processes.

Task summary:
This task will require you to consult with stakeholders to develop diversity promotion plans and diversity processes to rectify diversity issues.
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task, or use the Diversity Plans and Processes
template provided at the Bounce Fitness site. To complete this task, you must:
• Identify at least two diversity issues in the organisation
• Access and review:
o Organisational policies and procedures on managing diversity
o Industry standards on the management of diversity
o Documents and/or sources with information on the following:
• Organisational objectives for diversity
• Each of the diversity issues identified
• Develop at least two process to rectify the identified diversity issues.
• Ensure that high standards of performance are maintained in respect to management of diversity
• Consult with at least two relevant stakeholders. During the consultation, you must develop at least two plans for promoting importance and benefits of diversity.
Relevant stakeholders will include members from senior management and human resource (HR) function who have knowledge about diversity policies and practices prevalent in industry.
Complete the diversity plans and processes document

• Resources you are required to access to complete the task.
• All criteria your submission must address to satisfactorily complete this task.
Your assessor will discuss these resources with you, and the criteria outlined in this form prior to this assessment.

Review the template you will use to complete this task. If you are using a template from your workplace/organisation, discuss with your assessor to ensure that the template covers all requirements that apply to this task. Otherwise, use the Diversity Plans and Processes template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
Submit the following to your assessor:
• Completed diversity plans and processes.
• Evidence of consultation with relevant stakeholders. Evidence must be at least one of the following:
o Email correspondence
o Meeting minutes
o Video recording of the meeting conducted with the stakeholders
When using this as evidence, ensure to inform the relevant stakeholders of the purpose of the recording before doing so.
Include any supplementary documents/sources used to create the diversity plans and processes, such as:
• Organisational policies and procedures on managing diversity
• Industry standards on the management of diversity
• Documents and/or sources with information on the following:
o Organisational objectives for diversity
o Each of the diversity issues identified
