Task summary:This task will require you to consult with stakeholders to develop diversity promotion plans and diversity processes to rectify diversity issues.Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task, or use the Diversity Plans and Processestemplate provided at the Bounce Fitness site. To complete this task, you must:• Identify at least two diversity issues in the organisation• Access and review:o Organisational policies and procedures on managing diversityo Industry standards on the management of diversityo Documents and/or sources with information on the following:• Organisational objectives for diversity• Each of the diversity issues identified• Develop at least two process to rectify the identified diversity issues.• Ensure that high standards of performance are maintained in respect to management of diversity• Consult with at least two relevant stakeholders.
