To complete this task, you must:
• Access and review the following:
o The following policies to be evaluated and revised
• At least one ER policy
• At least one IR policy
These policies can be the same as the ones developed in Workplace Assessment Task 1, or different.
o Organisational document on:
• Evaluation schedule of organisational policies and procedures
• Information on implementation of each policy.
• Evaluate at least two ER and IR policies in accordance with the evaluation schedule on two occasions.
• Revise the ER and IR policies after each evaluation.
