You are a Senior Manager within Big Building Constructions (BBC). BBC has a workforce of 150 employees and over 2000 tradies or contractors on its books. The business has been a prominent player in building sites in most major cities around the country for the past 20 years. Over the past 2 years there has been heavy investment in areas that in the past have been avoided as the risks were too high. But coming out of the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) it became necessary to explore some high risk ventures to make up for the losses in recent years.
