Work and its process Every different organisation has different from of people and equipment used in their organisation and has different work process which result in a different working strategy into the organisation and these things can we a form of risk to the organisation for example if an organisation is working using the technology is a factor of risk for the organisation who is working with manual strength because the people who are manufacturing using the machine are equal to manufacture a standard product for the people to use but the people who are using the human strength for manufacturing the items will not have the standardization of product because every product may be different from each other because the people are making it according to their wish. All these things comes under the operational risk of the organisation and result in fall of the organisation is not handled properly.
