Nick is assigned as an Ordnance Equipment Mechanic leader in the M53 Weapons Maintenance Branch located at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester Oklahoma. During the past 6 months Nick has went above and beyond his job duties inspecting and fixing issues with new manufactured and refurbished equipment before the assets go to quality for final inspection. Nick's consistency and lead from the front attitude has helped M53 increase their productivity on the production line by 5% within the last 6 months. Due to Nick's guidance and leadership in the paint shop the productivity has increased by 20% within the paint shop. Because of Nick's hard work, dedication, and attention to detail, the M43 branch was able to finish ja job which consisted of a quantity of 8 MK14 Weighted Trainers a few weeks ahead of schedule. These efforts are indicative of Nick's overall consistent dedication to the Navy and the command.
