Oracle hosts their peoplesoft systems such as campus solutions, HCM and Finance on their cloud. These application are hosted on hundreds of servers that generate thousands of logs and metrics. The company needs to make sure these web applications are available 24 x 7. Due to unforeseen circumstances, one o these application might go down. The data engineers of Oracle needs to troubleshoot the issue and find the root cause in no time with minimal service interruption to their customers.
