Requirements:

All four questions must directly relate to the selected advertised job.
Situational-based questions must met the basic criteria of "how the candidate would handle a certain situation".
Behaviourial-based questions must met the basic criteria of "candidate needs to recall past experiences to demonstrate knowledge".
