You have had the opportunity to work extensively in teams this term, reflect and debrief in your teams, and now in part one and two of this assignment you were asked to reflect on the relationship between your individual contributions to your team as well as individual and team performance outcomes. Reflect on three areas of teamwork where you believe based on the above analysis and your experience in this class that you can further improve with an emphasis on what areas might provide the greatest value in your current or future workplace.
