Mrs Billings' daughter never has the opportunity to attend the residents meeting at the facility each month, as she works during the day. Her Mum says that she doesn't want to attend alone. Many of the clients' family members have expressed that they never hear the outcomes of the meetings. These concerns were posted in the complaints box at the front door.
