Provide the appropriate treatment and services to a resident who displays or is diagnosed with dementia.

Provide timely notification to the resident, and if applicable to the resident representative and ombudsman, before transfer or discharge, including appeal rights.

Provide safe and appropriate respiratory care for a resident when needed.

Develop the complete care plan within 7 days of the comprehensive assessment; and prepared, reviewed, and revised by a team of health professional.

Recommendations should be one page per healthcare facility with top 3 areas of improvement based on legal, privacy and operational areas

Recommendations should include the type of trends that would be important to monitor and evaluate.
