Treatment Court Coordinator.  the tasks and requirements are below.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of drug and domestic violence specialty court programs and perform some release assistance officer duties.

Treatment courts play an important role in the lives and families of participants. The person in this position will be part of the team that provides opportunities to court participants who seek better outcomes, wrap-around services, and community support.
Much of your time will focus on information sharing, information tracking, and reporting, whether that be through regularly scheduled meetings of the treatment team, with judges and their staffs, or through regularly scheduled drug court sessions. As the coordinator, you will communicate with judges, court staff, program participants, attorneys, service providers, and other community stakeholders regularly to keep the program moving toward completion.

Program participants will adhere to strict program requirements; you will be responsible to track and report on their successes and relapses. You will help program participants navigate among service providers and meeting providers' recommendations. You will be the technical resources and the subject matter expert about drug or domestic violence treatment courts and will be expected to stay current on trends, best practices, and to communicate program needs to interested parties and members of the treatment team

You will use a computer to perform your research, data tracking, and reporting efforts. You will develop, revise, or maintain materials for the program, schedule treatment court events such as regular meetings as well as graduation ceremonies for those who complete the program. You will present the program to stakeholders, community partners, and the public on behalf of the court. You will also seek out opportunities for continuing funding (grant writing), which may also require public speaking to members of the community.

When needed, you will also interview defendants to develop and document release plans and agreements consistent with their conditions of release. You will be responsible to determine their level of risk to the community and to themselves and will monitor them while on release status for compliance. You will testify when necessary to explain revocation of release due to noncompliance.
