This project can be done individually, or in a group you form yourselves. Everyone in a group must contribute, so don't make your group too big: 4-5 is a good limit on size. The title page must list all participants (name & student number) plus what they did toward the project. Every student turns in a copy of the project. No "my group leader sent it in" will be tolerated. Use either a document (Google Doc, Word, Pages) or presentation deck (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) to do this. 5 pages written or 8 slides is about right. Presume a small to mid-size company that only operates in Canada has hired you as a consultant to do their planning process forthem. You'll need to start with the opportunities and threats affecting the company. (The type of business doesn't really matter, so just pick one.) Gather environmental data from news sources, government reports, etc. and put together your assessment, plus what other information you need the company to supply you with.
