  • Future Orientation
  • Assertiveness Orientation
  • Gender Egalitarianism
  • Performance Orientation
  • Human Orientation

To answer this question:

  1. Choose two of the dimensions, AND,
  2. Explain what the dimensions are and how they work, AND,
  3. Give an example of a situation where you experienced ONE of the dimensions in your work, or your study, or your travel and explain what happened, AND,
  4. Give your own opinion of the GLOBE cultural dimensions research. Explain why you think it is a good theory or not a good theory. In your answer you must explain how GLOBE differs from Hofstedes cultural dimensions.
