GlobalTel Inc, is a U.S. telecommunications company that has developed anew type of low-cost cellular telephone system technology. The technology has the potential to provide widespread access to telephone ser5vice at a very reasonable cost to user. GlobalTel is planning to design and engineer the telephone systems in United State, manufacture most of the components in Maxico and Taiwan, assemble the finished products in South Korea and initially sell the product in China and India. Global Tel plans to establish joint ventures with manufacturers in Maxico, Taiwan and South Korea and to contract with local distributors in China and India.
