Quality is achieved when a project is completed on time, on budget, and with all of the features and functions expected by the stakeholders. Assuring and controlling quality are important considerations for business operations and those who manage projects. Quality programs and tools, developed in the early 20th century, have evolved to meet the needs of today’s organizations.
