Outline the Human Resources needs that you anticipate (a) within the next 6 months; (b) within the next 12 months; and (c) within the next 3 years. Include the approach to employee retention and evaluation that you envision.

Outline the key points of your risk management plan.

Operating Plan - Draft the operations plan component of your business plan, being sure to cover inputs to your process and how you will deliver the finished product to your customers. Define and summarize any process for internal quality management and grievances that you will implement. Also include the description of operating facilities (location, space, equipment, hours and days of operation.

Compose the section of resume/CV information on Management, Partners, Shareholders, Officers, Directors that will be included in your business plan.
