Operational Business Questions

1. I need assistance/information for the following questions.

2. On a macro basis, create the framework for business development initiatives for searching, identifying, and implementing growth opportunities. Orchestrating the resources of the organization to maximize support to the new business function.

3. Overseeing continuous improvement in systems, operational procedures, service standards and compliance.
