The D-6 Company is expanding globally, opening manufacturing plants in six countries. D-6 will need to staff the plants with management, line workers, and knowledge workers. Based on preliminaries, they will have a mixed of expatriates, local country nationals, and third-country nationals working within each specific site. As part of the human resource team, you have been asked to help scout the legal landscape of a specific country.
