Assignment:

Look up and read the Ontario Court of Appeal decision of Rahman v. Cannon Design Ontario Court of Appeal decision of Rahman v. Cannon Design Architecture Inc., 2021 ONCA. The case can be accessed online on the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CANLII). 

Part I:

Prepare a case summary outlining the case. In your summary, you must address the following elements:
