You are a team of Marketing Directors, you have been tasked with updating a Strategic Marketing Plan for Yoga Mapp, in order to help Yoga Mapp relaunch as a product/range of products in 2022. The aim will be to present to the Client, founder of Yoga Mapp, a well researched, modern marketing plan with concrete examples of what Yoga Mapp should consider and what they can do, in order to better target one of the three segments successfully as Yoga Mapp needs completely different messaging, channels (eg LinkedIn for Workplace Wellness, Consumer PR for Retreats) for each service:

• Online yoga and well-being sessions target audience (women, 24-45 years old, c. £30k+ earnings)

• Workplace wellness corporate clients (men/women reps from the company in HR, well-being or senior leadership. 30 - 60 years old+ company budgets variable anything from £60 for an hours weekly yoga class to £5,000-£6,000 for a 3-6 month wellness programme)

Presentations will be given directly in class to the Client on Wednesday 27th April.. Each presentation should be 12-15 minute (approx 3mins each) demonstrating:

• a clear understanding of the particular product/service offering / and its competition
• a clear understanding of the core concepts of strategic marketing planning, required to launch this product

1. provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on the trends in the yoga and holistic wellness industry post-lockdown,
2. a thorough updated analysis of Yoga Mapp's environment, consumer analysis, competitors etc
3. a data driven marketing plan for a recommended actions to relaunch the brand
4. a critical and creative thought process for bringing your product back to market,
5. and the ability to answer questions from the audience and founder.
6. Your audience is internal colleagues and the founder of Yoga Mapp, who is keen to take new ideas onboard.
