Based on this interpretation of this contract which is not much creating formally but having the major components like offer and acceptance.and which a binding contract because it does not involve the physical presence of goods and services.so it's purely made a binding offer not a concrete offer. it's offer acceptance purely based in that customer in freely. The breach of this contract can described with here contract may be broken because of due to fail to discharge of one person's legal obligation. That means on the due date of performance if any.
