I Am having trouble figuring out ATP yield of molecules. Hereare a few ?s below. Just would like to know how to figure out thefinal number step by step. Any help would be appreciated!
What is net ATP yield for metabolizing each of the followingmolecules by a human leukocyte under conditions specified:
One molecule of glucose in the presence of oxygen and a drugthat inhibits the enzyme phosphoglycerokinase.
One molecule of PGAL in the presence of oxygen and DNP.
One molecule of glucose 6-phosphate in the absense ofoxygen.
