Question

Debbie agreed to purchase Omar, the horse for $3000 from Eve. A short time after buying Omar Debbie discovers that Omar likes to get high by chewing on fence posts (a condition called cribbing). Eve provided a cribbing collar for Omar to wear that prevents such deviant behavior. Based on these facts do you think that Debbie can end her contact with Eve, return the horse and get her money back? If not, is there another remedy that Debbie may receive other than ending the contract? Explain your answers.
