You are at a local shopping mall when an older woman has fallen after attempting to get off an escalator. Bystanders report that she fell approximately three steps from the bottom of the escalator. She is lying on her left side, her face on the right side has a contusion and there is a small laceration over the right eye that is oozing blood. She is complaining that her right hip and right side hurt and that she bumped her head when she fell to the ground. Provide possible answers to SAM that you may have been provided by the injured woman if you were assisting.
