Thereafter, Pete walked briskly into a coffee shop. Officer Lean followed him and ordered him to step outside. He asked same some questions about his encounters. Unsatisfied with Pete's answers, he patted him down and eventually pulled some marijuana joints out of his pants pocket. Did the officer have reasonable justification to seize Pete?
