What ethical considerations should a company be concerned about in regards to the below solutions to the problem (“How can our business be encouraged to improve the issues of excessive or redundant office supply waste?” ):

Utilization of electronic communication and devices to replace bulletin boards, notepads and minimize paper use

Set up a company SharePoint site or cloud drive for, invoicing, file-retention and electronic signatures  

Office Recycling program & Green purchasing policy

Is there money in the budget? If not, what other costs need to be cut to pay for them?

Who will resist? How will we get employees to commit to the investment and implementation?  

What incentives will need to be put in place and at what cost?

What employee training costs will we incur?

All answers are welcomed as long as they are relevant to the above.
