Question

Roslan sends an email to Wati on 1s May 2023 offering to sell her his blue BMW for S$ 90,000. He says he will keep the offer open until 6th May 2023. On 3 rd May 2023, Roslan receives a better offer from Tricia and sells his blue BMW to Tricia. On 4th May 2023, Wati sees a picture of Tricia with her new car on Tricia's social media feed. Wati emails Roslan on 5th May 2023 to accept his offer. Advise whether there has been an offer and acceptance between Roslan and Wati. Using IRAC.
