Question

The pilot study found that individuals who receive the intervention have 0.65 times the odds of developing diabetes compared to those who don't. The odd ratio is less that 1 which implies that there is a reduced risk of developing siabties long the interaction group. I think is is worth it to implement the intervention because a 35% reduction in the odds of developing diabetics is a substantional decrease in my opinion. I also think ther is a large population that can benefit from this intervention such as high risk groups and people with limited access to healthcare. While it is costly I think the improve health outcomes will balance out the cost.
