A proton experiences a force of 2.45 x 10-15 N on it as it travels 3000 meter per second perpendicular to a magnetic field. A second proton traveling parallel to the first proton experiences a force of 5 x 10-15 N in the opposite direction as the first proton when it travels at 3000 m/s perpendicular to a second magnetic field. If the 2 magnetic field were combined, obtain what would be the net magnetic field strength?
